How far will the liberal media go to boost Beto O'Rourke's Hispanic street cred? In an article published today, the Associated Press wrote that in a speech he gave in his hometown of El Paso [emphasis added] :
"O'Rourke also spoke at length in his native Spanish, eliciting loud and sustained cheers."

Was he giving the speech in Mexico? Sorry to have to remind you that many areas of the USA have Spanish at first and then offers "push 2 for this message in English" and "Sorry, closed during times of Muslim Call to Prayer."

Democrat, Beto O’Rourke speaks to about 300-500 supporters in his home town base of El Paso, Texas which has a population of about 800,000 people. Not a good turn out for the Beto entry into the 2020 POTUS race. In fact in all of Texas yesterday, Beto could only dig up about a 1000 people statewide to come out and rally for him.
Sorry...Beto & Democrat,”Creepy Uncle” Joe Biden...you guys is going nowhere, politically!!!

He looks like Bobby Kennedys illegitimate son. Those Kennedy boys made BJ Clinton look like a devoted husband.
So that comment may be quite accurate.

I know someone who speaks Spanish as their first language. He said Betos Spanish is horrible and that hes not fluent at all. The AP will NEVER quote your friend... they don't let facts get in the way of their fawning...

Read the NewsBusters article. In its original article, AP said Beto spoke in his “native Spanish.”
After I pointed that out in a tweet, AP went back and edited its article to remove “native Spanish.” But AP’s original article, including the ‘native Spanish,’ appears in the NewsBusters article.
