Nearly every illegal immigrant family slated for deportation over the last six months has ignored those orders, according to the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
A staggering 92 percent of family members failed to appear at their deportation hearings in the months since September, said Sen. Lindsey Graham, South Carolina Republican.
He said he obtained those numbers from Ron Vitiello, acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
“The system is broken and overwhelmed,” Mr. Graham tweeted. “It is a national emergency!”

He’s only been in office for 16 years, otherwise he could have done something about it. /sheldon
Glad Graham finally realizes something that has been happening for decades. There are over one million absconders in our country. These are people who have gone thru the entire judicial process and ordered removed, but they have not left.
It was McCain and Graham who supported amnesty for all the illegal aliens here. They are partially responsible for the illegal alien population. When you reward something you will get more of it.
Good thing we have these people keeping track, otherwise we would never know.

Of course if immigrants voted Republican there would be land mines and machine guns on the border and the evening news would be wall to wall “the Terrors of Illegal Immigration!”
This is why a moat with gators should be in place. And catapults in some locations to reunite the trespasser with the place they came from. They should all be turned back immediately. But that would take a whole lot of people. Works in Hungary.

Anyone notice the number of hit and run accidents on the streets these days? Cops know who they are. Kinda tells you something. That 5 year prison sentence(Kate’s law) that failed in congress didn’t help.

First offense: fine the business owner $5,000 per day per illegal found at a job site
Second offense: fine the business owner $15,000 per day per illegal found at a job site plus 30 days in jail.
Next offense: fine the business owner $50,000 per day per illegal found at a job site plus 365 days in jail for all the business ownership.
It would not be long before the only illegals left would be criminals trying to live off what they can steal. Grab ‘em and deport ‘em.
Yeah, Flimsey, these are the same people you have tried to give amnesty to on numerous occasions.

For the first time in my life I went into a pawn shop in California:
Four clerks were working there and NONE of them could speak English.
You THINK I mean they spoke accented English, disjointed English.
I don’t mean that:
I mean I had to leave the store because even with hand gestures and highly simplified, slow English I could not make my needs understood.
This was on a main street in a medium-sized coastal California city.
It is now possible in the west to live out a full life in the USA speaking only Spanish.
There is ANOTHER COUNTRY happy living inside us.
We don't need foreign scofflaws in our country. We have enough of our own.
