Basically what Comey claimed when he said "no reasonable prosecutor" would bring a case against Clinton for emails. The difference is that Mueller was a special counsel, and Comey usurped the power of a prosecutor to make that determination on Clinton. Big difference. I still hope that bastard hangs for overreaching his authority.

Unless such a special counsel is subject to DOJ regulations and oversight, any case that comes from such an appointment would practically be the dictionary definition of a politically-motivated prosecution.
