“I suspect that we’ll find those words of transparency to prove hollow, that in fact they will fight to make sure that Congress doesn’t get this underlying evidence,” Rep. Adam Schiff of California, chairman of the House intelligence committee, said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week.”
His plan: Ask for information and if that’s denied, “subpoena. If subpoenas are denied, we will haul people before the Congress. And yes, we will prosecute in court as necessary to get this information.”

They can press til the cows come home and the chickens roost5. The law specifically precludes the release of grand jury testimony. Violations are punishable by long prison sentences and heavy fines. Additionally, the work product of investigations is protected by similar laws. Once again the Democrats insist upon breaking the law to advance their agenda.
Schiff is obviously mentally unbalanced and should be under a physiatrist’s care or in a mental institution.
The Horowitz IG report is due in about 90 days. Do the rules require release of the IG's report? If not, will the RATs demand it be release in total?

We would never have found out how rotten the FBI and the DOJ are had it not been for the Russian thing.
We knew Hillary, Comey, Holder and many others were rotten, but we had no idea how rotten because they are unbelievably rotten. Four years ago had someone told us how rotten, we would have thought they sleep in a tin hat.

IOW, their only argument left is that law and precedent say there are valid reasons (like keeping what turned out to be empty hearsay and hopeful spiteful agendas from being bandied about as “facts that were never proven”) for not turning over every word...the reasons are there for the exact reason the Dems don’t want them to be there...to keep them from doing more fake smear jobs on innocent and decent people.....that pisses them off.....bigly
Collusion is not a crime, so is not subject to indictment.
