It’s possible the president is just being facetious, while at the same time taking a valid potshot at the undeniably monopolistic left-wing bias of the MSM.

I never could understand how allegedly savvy media executives can so easily and flippantly blow off half their audience.

After the Dinesh D’Souza case, any idea that we should play fair has to go out the window. As long as these laws exist they should be leveraged against Democrats to inflict the maximum amount of pain possible. If they want to repeal the laws that operate under an abusive standard that they themselves set, they are free to do so. Until then they ought to be clubbed like baby seals with it. Full scale investigation - Hollywood, press, “nonprofit” advocacy orgs, and so on.

“The most insidious power the media has, is the power to ignore.” — Chris Plante, WMAL-DC.

The DBMs have ignored the demonkkkRAT’s crimes for decades. For my $5, that’s easily a crime of omission, rather than of commission.

Grow up. He threatened nothing. The MSM is just taking his joking and twisting it out of proportion as usual.

I do wish he’d ignore that sh*t. There are far bigger fish to fry.

Maybe I’m alone but I hope Trump suspends the constitution, brings General Flynn back into the WH and commences with Pinochet helicopter rides.

He should focus his attention on going after the Clintons and Obama.

If you give sworn testimony, and purposely omit facts, I think that’s a crime.

I don’t know what the First Amendment allows the Fourth Estate to do/not to do.

I don’t know the law(s) on that either.

Inappropriate for the President to say that.

Most of the media have a political agenda that is antethical to the Constitution.

The Founders knew of the problem of a Media controlled by the Government.

The did not envision an ideologically driven mass media that controlled the Government.

Well, Obama followers were offended with the old rodeo skit several years ago. I first saw that skit back in 1968 when LBJ was President, but when it was Obama, it became “reisis!”

This is the kind of idiotic thing that Trump says that makes me, generally a supporter of his, shake my head in despair. Mockery of the president is about as protected as political speech can get. What’s his next brilliant idea? Resurrect the Fairness Doctrine?

Trump is Tweeting the media pot to a delightful boil today. I suspect it’s suppression fire....

Trump isn’t a conservative. He’s a fighter.

SNL is running a political campaign against Trump. That’s a political contribution.

If paying for NonDisclosure Agreements with seedy people is a "political contribution" for trying to keep his name clean, then SNL's efforts at besmirching him are clearly also a political contribution to the DNC.

Hint: neither is.

Just force network TV to reach all of America or lose their license.

News flash...the new digital signal only covers half at best.

Well, threaten no, but to honestly suggest that much of the ABC/CBS/CNN/MSNBC/NBC/NPR air time represents nothing less than paid (advertising) in-kind contributions to the Dims, is surely what needs to be done.

This is where Trump hops the silly train from time to time. SNL isn’t worth it, and it looks a little petty.
