How long would this last in the Federal courts?

It’s a real shame what’s happened to the Leftist Coast.

I got a call one time from a recruiter about an engineering job in Seattle. I told him I would have to pass. When he asked why, I told him that I would probably get arrested for urinating on that statue.

That was a mistake - the statue gets watered often at least when I lived near there 15 years ago. Fremont was a hippy and bum hangout.

There’s a lot going on in that picture. You have Taco Del Mar, with ‘rippin tacos’, Doric (Masonic) Lodge, a Subaru AND a Saab.

Is it constitutional?................

On the surface, to me, it would seem unconstitutional as it is not a specified requirement for eligibility. If this were enforced, it would amount to one state unilaterally amending the Constitution.

Unconstitutional.

The states cannot add to the constitutional eligibility to be elected president.

Must be white; must be male; must be from Virginia; must be married to a woman; must own land; must file a 1040 long form; must be 45 (not 35) and so on. All unconstitutional.

What amazes me is that these senators, who swore an oath to uphold the constitution, could so flagrantly violate their oath without repercussions.

It’s right there in the constitution /s

“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States AND to release five years of tax returns before appearing in a general or primary election.

Back in the 60s Seattle was a beautiful and pleasing area to live... then the Beatles screwed it all up.

Can see it hurting his opponent more than him...them dems have so much more to hide....

Exactly. They learned nothing from #MeToo. They come up with all this crap designed specifically to take out Trump and they're the ones that get destroyed with the blowback. I can see it now. President Trump will release his returns showing his taxes are clean as a whistle while the Democrats on the ballot are exposed as a bunch of tax cheats.
