A chummy discussion between Vice President Mike Pence and former vice president Dick Cheney quickly turned into a vigorous back-and-forth over President Donald Trump's foreign policy at a private gathering on Saturday, with Cheney comparing the president's instincts to those of his Democratic predecessor Barack Obama, according to a transcript obtained by The Washington Post. At the closed-door retreat hosted by the American Enterprise Institute on March 9 in Sea Island, Georgia, Cheney respectfully but repeatedly and firmly pressed Pence on a number of the president's foreign policy moves - over which Cheney expressed concerns - from taking a harder line toward U.S. allies in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization to deciding to withdraw troops from Syria during what Cheney fretted was "the middle of a phone call."

Bolton & Pompeo have convinced Trump to permanently occupy northern, eastern & southern Syria with US troops, we are staying in Afghanistan (don’t believe stories of withdrawal unless is actually happens), we are fully supporting the Saudi Barbarians’ genocidal war against Yemenis, we are knocking out or supporting those who knocked out power in Venezuela causing massive suffering (that’s the goal, as it was with Iraq), and we are threatening Iran. What is it that the Vampire Cheney is unhappy with?
Bush also declared after 911 that the Muslim religion was the ‘religion of peace’.
I don’t believe WAPO is reliable about reporting what someone said in private.
Obama got a lot more killed than Bush/Cheney.
What does that justify what Cheney did?

Actually no, he was constantly saying Obama’s lead from behind strategy would not work anywhere.
With Obama all foreign policy moves were anti US.
With Trump all foreign policy moves are geared to be pro US.

Well, Andy, I agree with you that selective folks like the Cheney’s and the Bush’s and countless others probably got rich off the Trillions we wasted fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan.
But, that pales into irrelevance against the legless and armless and mentally broken Vets we see at the nearest Veterans Hospital.
