The Dime, you say?
Roosevelt authorized the deportation and incarceration with Executive Order 9066, issued on February 19, 1942...
About a year later...
On February 1, 1943, President Roosevelt activated the 442nd RCT.
“Go For Broke”; and they did.
I would suggest the 442 RTC, belong on the Dime.
every man jack one of them!
The 442nd Regimental Combat Team was the most decorated unit for its size and length of service, in the entire history of the US Military. In total, about 18,000 men served, ultimately earning 9,486 Purple Hearts, 21 Medals of Honor and an unprecedented seven Presidential Unit Citations.

Don't expect them to stop there. What about all those people who tolerated segregation? racial injustice? Their tombstones could be destroyed, their graves desecrated.
And what about all those who tolerated "social injustice"? the exploitation of the masses? inequities of income? health care? homelessness? who refused to allow all those immigrants to flood into the obscenely wealthy USA (never mind the hard work required to establish American wealth)? Their graves should be desecrated, their tombstones destroyed. And why stop there? Why not send them all off to gulags? Or, for that matter, why not guillotine the whole lot of 'em?
Lets just rename everything Athiest Transgendered Rosa Parks and be done with it.
Well, after all, Mary Todd Lincoln’s family owned slaves, and her half-brothers, and brothers-in-law fought for the Confederacy. And she had her widowed half-sister who had recently lost her Confederate officer husband, stay with them at the White House during the war. Do the Democrats know that?
Kick out sitting Lincoln and leave empty chair tribute to Obama.
For that to be technically accurate we’d have to simply have an empty suit on the chair. Sitting in front of a video game. With some reefer and crack on a table nearby.
Where are the statues to General James Longstreet, arguably one of the top four commanders?
Lincoln was of course a FLAMING racist. Hell, he wanted to deport all Blacks and twice got Congress to appropriate funds for the purpose.
No, he didn't. He had plans for voluntary colonization. He discussed them with African-American leaders. They weren't interested. There's no evidence that he advocated forced deportation.
Sending blacks home - when many of them thought of Africa as ‘home’ and had family there - wasn’t racist... I haven’t read about that but from what I know of Lincoln he would NOT have forced blacks to leave, but given them the option of returning home.
I only see two south bashers on this thread so far needling for a tangential argument to divert from the real issue
They are allied with our enemies with the same goals and always have been
I can still see their posts from early 2000s
Why Wardaddy Ill be happy if they just move that divisive flag from the capital to that historical marker
That didnt satisfy the race left did it?
Nothing will
We have tried to warn south bashers here for two decades now and still they parse and excuse their way around this assault on western civilizations traditional icons
It started with war against my gg grandparents
It wont stop with them obviously
Former austere poster Goetz von Berlichingen was astute when he determined decades ago here that this is purely an imposition of political will by force of one group over another
“voluntary”. Riiiight.
What a joke. Blacks were also to be “encouraged” to “voluntarily” leave Northern states by the Black Codes they adopted which denied Blacks all civil rights, set huge bonds as a requirement for them to move there, prevented them from being able to enforce contracts or testify against Whites in court, etc etc. That was the sense in which deportation would be “voluntary”.
It's already happened in regards to our largest county. Originally named in honor of Rufus King, King County was re "dedicated" to mlk, thus rendering it just another race-baiting joke.
As for Lincoln, I believe that some skulls full of mush attempted to burn a bust of him. Leftists have no respect for anything.
The state of Mohammed?
WCHSM people are victims of race, religion, sexual preferences, age and gender discrimination. White, Christian, heterosexual, senior, males.
“Where are the statues to General James Longstreet, arguably one of the top four commanders?”
The link wanted a dollar to read the article from the Washington Post.
Too high a price to pay.
The article raises the possibility that Lincoln was suspect. And provides examples.
If there is evidence that Lincoln fought to free the slaves, that would go a long way in rebutting the article.
No, because Lee didn't really have a problem with slavery.
Outside of popular mythology, there is no such evidence.
