There is a Cold Civil War on.
When we see a man shoot another man in cold blood, the media always refers to the shooter as an alleged attacker. However, when the Republicans do something, they're just judged guilty without a trial.
Discrimination takes place all the time. Every new job applicant is evaluated on a set of criteria the hiring agent harbors in his/her list of needs.
That is not an evil form of discrimination.
I don't consider an LGBT clause to be an evil form of discrimination either. In the military folks work, play, shower, eat, and sleep in very close quarters. As much as possible, the recruiter needs to try and weed out people who will not meld together well in such circumstances.
Look, I myself might not fit in well in certain work environments. Is it evil to select someone other than me that will fit in better? No.
The inclusion of the word "discriminatory" here was intended to interject bias into this news report.
Until writers are capable of avoiding biases of their own, they should refrain from trying to trash others for bias.
I don't need a judge and jury person trying to inform me of facts.

Outstanding! Another Circuit Court appointee confirmed. If my count is correct, that makes 32 for Trump. Still a long way to go to counter Obama’s 55 though.

Thank the Lord that there is enough of a majority margin (though narrow) that Collins and Murkowski can’t block something on their own by joining the Dims.
