They will not prosecute mccabe. That is the whole reason for the interviews he has been doing, making it clear he has the goods and is not afraid to release them. Like mccabe has already said, if he goes down, he is taking everyone with him.

If so, I'm afraid that he's not the kind of target one can just knock off. He's too high profile that it would raise a lot of suspicions and trigger investigations.

I'd think that if he's going to be taken out, the Deep State would rationalize the collateral damage of taking out an entire jetliner in which McCabe is a passenger, just to avoid suspicion.
