They can't go after McCabe because the purpose would be to exert pressure to testify against someone else, and those people must be protected at all costs.
One of those costs is is letting McCabe go. He's the first domino.

Until somebody other than a Trump confident gets raided in the early a.m. by armed FBI agents and is jailed, I’m not much interested in the theatrics. I try to be — I really do — but because those on the Left are most often not held to account — it all seems so fake and useless.
