Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., vowed Sunday to investigate alleged discussions at the Department of Justice about invoking the 25th Amendment as a way to oust President Trump from office and threatened to subpoena former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe if he refused to testify on the matter before the Senate. "We're going to find out what happened here and the only way I know to find out is to call the people in under oath and find out, through questioning, who's telling the truth because the underlying accusation is beyond stunning," Graham, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said on CBS’ "Face the Nation."
Graham added that he also plans to subpoena both McCabe and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein if they won’t voluntarily agree to testify before the committee.

What was McCabes position beside silence on the Obama regime when Obama engaged in stimulating racial division using the Bully Pulpit defending those engaged in criminal activity. Encouraging resistance to arrest which resulted from attempts to take a LEO’s gun. Wound up in a series of LEO murders and riots and assaults on innocent persons deaths killed by black gangs after the Zimmerman and the Ferguson Missouri trials?.

I have always thought Sessions was a plant, When he endorsed Trump at the Alabama rally I was dumbfounded. He was my senator at the time and he is a rino, total opposite of Trump.

I don’t think they will be charged with Treason or executed.
Research is your friend. They lied to the FISA court. They lied to Congress if they testified falsely. I would read the book, The Plot to Clear Hillary Clinton and Frame Donald Trump by Gregg Jarrett. In it he lays out what are the possible charges against several of these criminals. It’s going to be technical statutes and not large, sweeping things such as Treason and Death.

A real A-G would be taking his book to a grand jury and getting an indictment. McCabe on trial would be a nice backdrop for the next election. Kinda crystalizes what really happened to this administration after the 2016 elections.
As I recall Obama’s FBI dutifully ran out to Ferguson, MO to put on a dog & pony show for the national Media.
