Fox 32 reporter Rafer Weigel said Saturday afternoon that Chicago police sources confirmed detectives were able to show that the Nigerian brothers who were “persons of interest” and questioned by police, bought the rope found around Jussie Smollett’s neck at Ace hardware.
Jussie Smollett alleged two white Trump supporters violently attacked him at 2 AM in the streets of Chicago when he was walking home from Subway with a sandwich in his hand.
Smollett told police the attackers were white and hurled homophobic and racial slurs at him while they beat him, poured bleach on him then put a noose around his neck.
Strangely, Mr. Smollett still had the rope around his neck when the police arrived to his apartment to take a report of the attack.
According to Rafer Weigel, the Nigerian brothers agreed to cooperate with police after the police threatened to charge them with battery.
“There are unconfirmed reports that Smollett paid the two brothers to perform the alleged scheme,” Rafer Weigel reported.

The tips posted by CWBChicago over a week ago are turning out to be 100% so far. The two black friends of Jussie, the Neighborhood, the Lyft, the clothesline from ACE. The only remaining shoe to drop from the tip is that the whole thing was a plan with Jussie involved. Pretty obvious that whoever the tipster is had full knowledge of the whole scam. I doubt a blog in Chicago was the only outlet that received the tips, but they were the only ones to post them.
Ace Hardware rope purchase == the undeniable proof this was a staged fake hate crime.

At any rate, Donald Trump has made it quite plain that he doesn’t want violence, so anyone trying to do something like what was accused under the name of MAGA is immorally co-opting the Trump movement.
Even in Chicago, sometimes sense prevails.

Supposedly, reportedly he had just gotten a uh, “foot long” uh, sammich at a local Subway. At 0200 on a Tuesday morning and the wind chill that morning at that time frame (NWS) was minus 9deg f. Just out for a sammich. Uh, Blsht! Unless you buy he wasn’t bundled up enough that he was recognized by guys that had bleach(?) and rope on them. Uh, okee dokee.
