He’ll be 78 in 2020. Outside of the gap from 2017 to today, he has been in public office since 1970. I can’t see that he has done any other kind of work in his adult life. He first ran for president 31 years ago. Just the fresh blood and perspective America needs.

I hope he does run, it will provide a greater wedge between the Democrat party of the past, and the future. It will certainly alienate the older Democrats faster than the Jimmy Carter years.
