MCCONNELL; Trump has said he will sign the spending bill AND issue an emergency declaration at the same time.
When she shows up for the Feb 19 session, the claim wil be either that it is a body double, or that everyone connected with the Court is lying because there are no pictures of her in the Court’s session.
Yeah, the plan is 'WEDGE ISSUE FOR 2020 ELECTION". As far as a wall? Not so much.

I blame congress a lot.
But, if Trump didn’t know this was coming after last year (with an R house) I’ll blame him too.
And if he knew it was coming but doesn’t have a plan ready to sign today then he isn’t the president I voted for.
Don’t tell us “emergency powers/funds are available”. He’s had a year to have the docs ready to sign. And those would have been a really good negotiation tool to have if he was really intending to give us meaningful border security.
Fortunately it doesn’t matter that we disagree. Over the next 2 years we’ll get border security and both be happy or not get much change and both be unhappy.

Andrew Napolitano is an expert on Traffic Court and little else. He and his boyfriend Shepard Smith are ranting and raving that Trump has been stymied by the language in this bill, but they are wrong.
He will declare National Emergency, the courts will not stop it and he can spend money that he controls, he can exercise imminent domain, and he can turn the land into a military reservation that will ensure that local government can’t interfere.
Napolitano has been wrong a lot lately though hasn’t he with the predictions he seems to make. LOL
One more comment. My husband, who is in Heaven, was a man who if he felt something was right, nothing could stop him from doing whatever it took to accomplish it. No one could talk him out of it and he went to work on it. In that mood, I never saw him fail when his heart and mind went to work, “because it was the right thing to do”.
He used to say it was better to ask for forgiveness than permission.
In some respects Trump reminds me of some of those characteristics. Once in, they aim to win. And arrows could not stop it... dedication to doing what is right is the goal.

This won't happen. I know that Fox News is screaming that Trump will be stopped, but they are wrong. The Supreme Court has never denied a President the actions that he thought necessary to deal with a National Emergency. The press will get their panties in a wad, but it will not matter.
Napolitano is an old NJ state judge who doesn’t have a clue regarding Federal law. Whatever happened to his Hiilary indictment predictions?
I certainly hope the WH put together a team to read and interpret every page of this 1,000+ pages before he signs it. It’s only been available since late last night.
She will be declared dead December 31st 2019..so President Trump cannot issue a replacement since it will be an election year

He doesnt have to sign anything. Just let it sit and let it pass without his signature.
