No hat and no sticker for me for two reasons.
First, I have never been able to change the mind of a liberal. Not even my eldest daughter who flies into a rage at the mention of the president’s name. There is something missing in their mentality that makes them liberal.
Second, I really don’t want to kill an idiot over a little hat or a bumper sticker.
There are other ways to promote conservatism.

A lot of people don't understand that First Amendment rights exist as a compact between the government and the citizen only. They end at the door to private property. I can tell you what to wear or not say as a condition of entering my home and I will not be in violation of the Constitution in doing so. Same goes for employers. They can legally limit an employee's right to "free speech" while on their turf. And in some cases, even when the employee is OFF their turf.
It is amazing to me how many times I have had others argue with me on the basis of misunderstanding these limitations. Nothing of consequence is taught in the schools anymore.
