So these lifelong politicians find out Trump doesn't play their decades-long political game.
I think Sen. Warner confuses Trump's definition of 'winning' in this negotiation of "'win-win' circumstance".

Yes, we all know that the best negotiators must speak French and be good at ordering the correct wine with a meal.
To top it off, Trump comes in with the barbaric concept that he should represent America’s interests first. Ugh! Where is John Kerry when he is needed? Did you know he served in Vietnam?

There is this whole idea that everyone should win something in a negotiation. The art of the deal is getting your way.

Hes not allowed any win-win circumstance....
I’m assuming that a “win-win circumstance” for Warner would include the dems getting what they want and President Trump getting nothing. Why would the wall be a ‘lose’ for the dems since in years past they have voted for italbeit knowing it would never be built.

Sen. Mark Warner, your complaint makes you the worst negotiator in history. You may as well take your little marbles and go home.

I would stack Trumps lifetime achievements against those of Warner. Warner is no winner.

“business schools and management consultants will look back for years..”
This comment encapsulates their thinking and why they are ineffectual elitists. For a large number who wind up in politics, their undergraduate +/- graduate educations are their biggest accomplishments in life before going into politics. They think academic pedigree defines the quality and worthiness of the individual. It’s a sick joke that they just don’t get.
To: Sir Napsalot
Warner was intimately involved in the Steele affair. When he speaks up, assume his seat temperature is rising.
