Dan Patrick said the controversial "bathroom bill" brought up in the last Texas Legislative session will not resurface. Still, in the absence of legislation addressing this issue, local jurisdictions can still impose this trans-insanity on the public.
It needs to be addressed by law.

This wasn’t a Straus bill but Dan Patrick’s bill. Wise of him to “declare victory” instead of having it go down in flames again.
