18 month old Richie needs your prayers

Prayer Warriors have seen this but we need everyone to offer prayers for Richie.
Picture a few months old but the only one I have available.
First a little history .... The last week of November, Richie received several vaccines which included the flu vaccine.
On December 2nd, he was hospitalized with paralysis of his arms and legs. He was put on a respirator and the outlook was bleak. I posted a note on FB asking for prayers from family and friends.
Richie is the grandson of a cousin who is more like a little brother than a cousin.

Been having computer trouble but I need to share the latest Richie news. :)
I told you earlier that Brian passed the 24 hour care test. Both parents were given a 48 hr care test. "They passed!!! Yeah!
The last two weeks have been in preparation of Richie going home. Been praying and holding my breath that nothing would happen to change these plans.
On Tuesday, Richie was released for home care. Brian and Shannon are thrilled to be able to have him home.
Tuesday night went very well. Both Brian and Richie got a good night's sleep, Brian said Tuesday was very hectic with all the people coming and going. He was looking forward to Wednesday. I haven't talked to him since Tuesday but I'm sure things are calming down.

I am so glad to see this update and I pray all goes well with them as they enter this new phase of Richie’s care. He must be so glad to be back in his home, and I know his parents are happy to have him having reached a point in his care where he CAN be home.

Praise God!!......I was just searching around for the thread on Richie about a half hour ago and found it! WHAT a JOY to read this.
