The widow of a Philadelphia police officer who was gunned down 37 years ago in the line of duty is "outraged" over a judge's decision last week to grant her husband's killer a chance to appeal his conviction.
On Thursday, Judge Leon Tucker granted Mumia Abu-Jamal another opportunity to appeal his 1981 conviction in the death of Philadelphia Police Officer Daniel Faulkner.
Abu-Jamal spent three decades on death row before his sentence in the shooting death of Faulkner was thrown out over flawed jury instructions. ..."
During a routine traffic stop on a vehicle belonging to Abu-Jamal's younger brother, William Cook, Officer Faulkner got into a physical confrontation with Cook. Abu-Jamal was in the vicinity and observed the fight, ran over and shot Faulkner in the back and, later, in the face.

I do not expect the DA in Philly to appeal this and I fully expect him to recommend release and not bother with a new trial. Why? The DA is one of Soros’s handpicked candidates. Soros has spent the last four years finding and backing canidates for two normally routine local offices: District or State’s attorney and Secretary of State. One heavily influences criminal justice; the other controls state and local elections. Soros is evil, but brilliant.

Mrs. Faulkner and her children have been tortured relentlessly for decades by this nasty criminal, his racial-ideologue supporters and the left-wing Philadelphia judiciary.
I’m not familiar with that story. But from I quickly gathered, as totally twisted as he is, he doesn’t appear to be connected to any radical/communist organizations.

I am holding in my hands at this very moment, a signed copy of Maureen Faulkern’s book “Murdered by Mumia” which is co-authored by Michael Smerconish.
I found this book about 10 years ago in a used bookstore in Edmonds Washington.
On the inside, on the title page, is a handwritten note from Mrs. Faulkner to “Michael.” I don’t know if it was dedicated to the co-author or another “Michael.”
Below is the text of the note which was written in cursive with a blue felt pen.
“To Michael. 11/15/08.
Thank you for all the support you have given me through the years.
M. Faulkner.
4699”
4699 would be the badge number of the murdered cop Mr. Faulkner.
The left’s drive to free Mumia is an element of something they are great at which is constant and perpetual struggle for their beliefs.
It just happens to be that I disagree with almost all of their beliefs and 100% of their goals.
So much for Black Pride. Black Power is nothing but a silly bunch of violent racists.
Personally, I believe this Mumia creature never contributed the required 40 quarters into SS so he should not receive any SS benefits - murder is murder, and he has never expressed regret for his actions …

One night when I couldn’t sleep I was channel surfing and tuned into Democracy Now with ultra lefty Amy Goodwin. She had on some professor of African studies who is a leader in the Free Mumia movement.
She spouted all kinds of crap about how all the judges were racist, there was another witness who proves his innocence, yada yada yada.
She stated that they hoped the left leaning DA would decline to re-prosecute “in the interests of justice”.
But, just remember, dem’s don't hate America, Law, Order, Justice, and God.
Just a coincidence they oppose goodness and order at every turn.
