This just might be the judge setting up a, "However..." ruling, since Flynn's questioning occurred in an unlawful manner, and was denied due process when he wasn't allowed a lawyer when talking to the FBI agents.

It always surprises me that people here still hope that someone in government will step in and do something meaningful to stop the erosion of the American way and rule of law. Rarely we get a token bone thrown our way but they just aren’t like us, they are no longer of us, and they don’t and will never again, actually care about us. Not congress, not judges and usually not the President.
