Richard M. Bissell Jr. headed the CIA's Directorate for Plans from 1958 until President Kennedy fired him, General Charles P. Cabell and Allen Dulles after the disastrous Bay of Pigs Invasion of April 1961. Richard Bissell was the primary architect of the invasion plans. General Cabell was basically the top operational commander. Allen Dulles of course was head of the CIA.
Richard M. Bissell Jr., as Director for Plans in the CIA is believed to have controlled half of the CIA’s annual budget at the time. He was known for his meticulous organizational abilities and was also known for his success in starting the U2 Spy Plane Program. The planning, funding, and logistics of the Bay of Pigs Invasion was arranged by Bissell.
In 1959, the head of the CIA’s counter intelligence unit, James Jesus Angleton, was looking for a suspected Soviet Mole. James Jesus (“the Ghost”) came up with an elaborate idea to ferret out the mole and the funding, logistics and planning to find the mole were arranged by Richard Bissell. The plan involved sending a false defector to the Soviet Union, one who the KGB would have interest in as someone with knowledge of the U2 Spy Plane Program. The false defector used by Bissell was a radar operator/technician at the Japanese base where U2 Spy planes flew out of, and then into Soviet Air Space. Lee Harvey Oswald arrived in Moscow on October 16, 1959.
JFK was assassinated on November 22, 1963.
Cuban Veterans from the Bay of Pigs and their CIA handlers, from other attempts to kill Castro, are believed to have comprised the kill teams.

Richard Bissell was in the unique position of having the ability to both arrange for an assassination team (Bay of Pig Cubans) and the Patsy (Lee Harvey Oswald). Richard Bissell was the architect of the plan to assassinate JFK.

No one said Oswald was NOT a nut. The fact that you erroneously extrapolated a plan to assassinate JFK before he was in office from a statement of Oswald’s 1960 visit to Moscow as planned by Meuller’s relative needed to be exposed to the thread.

If it were perpetrated by domestic spy agencies, right in the middle of the cold war, why didn’t they then pin it on communists in the aftermath? How tough would that be?
Here you have an admitted Marxist communist, defects to the Soviet Union, marries a Russian, etc. They weren’t that smart, and they weren’t that stupid. It makes no sense. The most logical conclusion is that Oswald was pretty much what he appeared to be, a wackjob with a rifle.
The coverup, and related oddities are interesting to look over. The truth of what happened in Dallas is probably a lot more mundane than anyone wants to admit.

There are many of the “Oswald was a lone nut and he did it alone” types that post on these type of threads who are being paid to do so. Modern day technology has shown that the Zapruder film has been tampered with and that some areas received art work such as the back of JFK’s head. Oswald never had possession of the film or any way to mess with it before he was killed. Their entire “lone nut” charade is destroyed by this alone, as well as the mountain of other evidence which point to a massive government and media cover-up of the truth. They can’t fool us any longer with 1963 technology.
The secret service was known to have partied wildly all night long the night before at strip clubs. Wonder what club that might have been?
Totally hung over, they give an inexperienced, relatively new guy the new rifle, a Colt AR15. Remember Senator Yarborough and several others noted a strong odor of gunpowder immediately at ground level, at the underpass and all the way to parkland!
It was a tragic, one in a million thing, but there is a school of thought that a secret service agent accidentally fired the fatal head shot on the president. If true, it would explain quite a lot of things in the aftermath that defy explanation.
One of them being, Oswald. Maybe Dallas PD did the Secret Service a solid? Hm.

We can say with certainty that Robert Mueller that he a first cousin once removed from Bissel, who was an architect of the Bay of Pigs, a CIA disaster and which got a lot of Cubans killed and imprisoned. We also know that he went to school with J. Kerry, and sent to the evil super-homemaker Martha Steward to Jail. We are waiting to see if he a hack SP from the DS, a shining knight in a operation designed to take down the DS, or something in between.
There are various theories regarding the sponsor/planner of the JFK assassination and I do not think we can reliably attach them to Mueller. I think we Can point to the apparent concentration of power, privilege, and viewpoint in certain families and universities leads to their enriching them selves--among other things--at the expense of "the people," and that Mueller is part of this group. I can agree with that.

Yep. Regardless the rest of it, the ballistics are indisputable.
Still, no one would believe it. It’s what they banked on. It’s why evidence was removed from the hospital. Etc., etc. Most ignore the evidence of a ground level discharge because it violates their precious interpretation of a neat little world.
There’s an axiom about any “job”, “plan” or “mission”: They never go according to plan. This one certainly didn’t and the aftermath was all about Oswald, as it was intended.
Kennedy might have lived if it were not for that final shot and history would have been quite different in the ensuing years with no Johnson to ramp up Vietnam...
