U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor agreed with 19 States to declare the Affordable Care Act, (aka Obamacare) Unconstitutional because Congress revoked the tax penalty last year.

Obamacare was written as a tax.
Roberts can’t. He ruled that it was a tax.. Congress repealed the mandate, which was the source of the tax.
Roberts is hoisted by his own petard.
Also, Roberts said that it would otherwise be Unconstitutional. He said neither the Commerce Clause nor the Necessary and Proper Clause gave Congress to enact Obamacare.
Chief Justice Roberts was found in a state of coma shortly after the ruling...

Yes, Roberts did side with passing the ACA. He might have been bribed...who knows. But what he did was complex. He changed the law to make it a tax. Rhut-rhoh. Taxes gain life in The house. The ACAs origins was in the Senate. He basically handed Congress the power to fully undo the entire Obama Care crap. We see how that worked out. Not one of our representives moved to repeal this fake law. That says a lot. Our trusted leaders needed and wanted this for control over the US populace. Reagan warned us back in the 60s to never accept government run healthcare. The consequences? Stepping stone to socialism. Now we know what the motivation was to never challenge the law after Roberts did what he did.

Just one little problem. Many of the (somewhere around) seventeen million people who will lose their insurance if this decision is upheld will not be in a hurry to vote red any time soon.
The SC should’ve reached this conclusion in the first place. ACA was not a tax until Roberts re-wrote the Act to find the penalty was a tax. Penalty repealed, no tax. This ruling is a no-brainer and long overdue.
