White House adviser Kellyanne Conway spent 39 minutes defending President Trump on CNN on Thursday night — but got no love from her husband, George, who trolled her on Twitter.
The president’s counselor sparred with host Chris Cuomo on his primetime show, where she claimed it’s a “slur” to accuse Trump of lying.
“You took a shot at the president tonight. You called him a slur I’m not going to repeat,” Conway said.
When Cuomo asked what slur she was referring to, Conway replied, “You’re saying he’s not telling the truth. That’s a slur. That’s a slur.”
She insisted that Trump knew nothing about hush-money payments to porn vixen Stormy Daniels and ex-Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal, who have alleged having affairs with him.
But when the slugfest ended, her hubby — an unabashed Trump critic — tweeted: “Given that Trump has repeatedly lied about the Daniels and McDougal payments — and given that he lies about virtually everything else, to the point that his own former personal lawyer described him as a ‘####### liar’ — why should we take his word over that of federal prosecutors?”
Fellow Twitter users enjoyed the display of political marital discord.

She needs to go on a quick weight loss diet. She could do that by jettisoning that lardball a@@ she’s married to. I’d throw him through the door so fast, he’d achieve orbit. And then kick him hard in the teeth, just for fun. How can any woman with normal self esteem be publicly ridiculed by a man and not take any sort of action?

I dunno about Kelly Ann. Full disclosure is that I was never a fan.
The point is “these people” hire on to run their mouths, work unrelenting hours, for Big Money, Bigger Resumes, career Boosters, perks and privileges, just for loving all the right people, and saying all the right things about the person and his team who signs their check or forks over the CASH.
M O N E Y. They don’t have to mean anything they say. We will never know whether they do or not, really.
I mean, Kelly Ann goes from Cruz to Trump and brings the same enthusiastic tap dance into both cafeteria lines.
