So how are they going to collect the fine?
So how are they going to collect the fine?
They didn’t even have to stage this: people in VA are now eternally leftists.
The Trump Administration’s Justice Department is scheduled to hold a second trial based on 30 federal hate crime charges that Attorney General Sessions approved for Mr. Fields. One of those charges is a Hate Crime Resulting in the Death of Heather Heyer for which James Fields could receive the death penalty. If the new Attorney General decides to go ahead with the prosecution following the state of Virginia trial’s verdict, another jury will have the opportunity to review the evidence.

They think its being hard core law and order. According to former Attorney General Sessions: “At the Department of Justice, we remain resolute that hateful ideologies will not have the last word and that their adherents will not get away with violent crimes against those they target. Last summers violence in Charlottesville cut short a promising young life and shocked the nation. Todays indictment should send a clear message to every would-be criminal in America that we aggressively prosecute violent crimes of hate that threaten the core principles of our nation. I want to thank the FBI as well as our fabulous prosecutors Stephen Curran, Christopher Kavanaugh, and Rachel Kincaid for their hard work on this case.
You are right on the money. The most I could see this man being guilty of is involuntary manslaughter, and that is a stretch.
This was simple manslauter at worst: another example of a political crime of political correctness.
I give Leftists the same rights they give me.
I'm a "racist" because I'm white.
I'm a "nazi" because I'm a conservative.
I'm a "child killer" because I own guns and enjoy shooting.
I'm a beneficiary of "White Privilege" because I worked for a living.
Per St. Bartholomew's Day, "Kill them all. God will know His Own."
I never did well in economics in school...
What you do not grasp is they would happily do the same to you if given the opportunity and not bat an eye about it...Yet another fake Conservative...
If this part is accurate, and I have no way of knowing if it is, this justifies a murder charge, but I still don't think it merits a "first degree" charge.
He was not specifically trying to kill Heather Heyer, he was not necessarily trying to kill anyone, though most rational people would conclude that this behavior would have a high probability of killing someone, and perhaps he did not in fact think people would stand there and be hit.
I don't know, but i've seen enough of the circus surrounding this event to eschew any confidence that this was strictly a matter of justice. As I mentioned before, others have seemingly done worse and received lesser punishment.
"First degree", multiple lifetimes, and yet remaining "hate crimes" charges and such, are a bridge too far. This is a witch trial.
She was not wearing glasses, and her clothing was light colored. She was also much smaller in the udder region.
I have located other pictures of her being treated by emergency responders, and she appears to be at least as obese as that woman who's image I posted and which the website identifies as her. There are also other pictures of this same woman at that website, and they are all identified as her.
Look at the unconscious woman on the stretcher. She is wearing a dark shirt, as in the picture I posted.
I dare say you would regard the Salem witch trials as a proper outcome because procedure was followed.
This tactic of trying to manipulate the public was also used when they made this picture the image of Travon Martin.
Here's the sort of pictures they don't want the public to see.
It's a game. The media deliberately manipulates the public.
"The expert witnesses said Heather Heyer died of blunt force injury to her torso and that blood samples collected from Fields Dodge Challenger matched Heyers DNA."
Crimes of hate? Are they accusing him of misogyny then? The woman was white. The guy who is claimed to have killed her is also white. If there is a "hate" as in "hate crimes" (meaning racial) angle to this, I don't see it.
Sessions was a serious disappointment. It seems as if he has bungled everything he touched.
Every single person in this photo, including the convicted driver, is a complete f**kwit.
They could all die today and I would smile and politely clap.
That was the accepted narrative and picture when it happened.
Photographic evidence on the interwebs also showed definite differences in historical pictures of the car, and the one involved in the incident. And YES, his car was struck from the rear by agitators on the ground possibly causing him to panic. Its the classic MKUltra scenario. By the numbers and aided in its facilitation by the liberal infested edjumacation system and bigPharm mind altering drugs that the profession has tricked people into begging for more.
But I am not bitter or paranoid.
I concur wholeheartedly.
