It appears Ocasio-Cortez broke federal law by threatening a US citizen with retaliation for snarky tweets.

According to — 42 U.S. Code § 1983 – Civil action for deprivation of rights
Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia.

“Yet” is the key word here. Her name could be at the top of a Presidential ballot in 10-20 years. If we think she’s too stupid, too evil, or too anti-American to be in the Oval Office, we are wrong.
For eight years we had a man there who, in a speech, addressed the “fallen soldiers” in his audience — and it wasn’t a seance. He said he would be “Commander AND Chief”. We all know the list of his idiocies.
She needs to be removed from puvlic service ASAP befor our grandchildren are calling this tool, “Madam President”.

Yeah but she’s a commie so it’s OK. Plus she’s not in office yet, not that it would make any difference. The law does not apply to commies in office as well. But you know, Trump giving skanks some money is apparently a “felony”. Hmmm, did not know that. In the first place this is a civil act and not a criminal one. In the second place, Ocasio-Cortez didn’t depriveTrump, Jr. of anything.
I agree. She’s a horse’s ass, but not guilty.
