On November 19 the FBI raided the home of Clinton Foundation whistle blower Dennis Cain
According to the daily caller
In the wake of a bombshell Daily Caller News Foundation investigative report late last week, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley demanded answers from FBI Director Christopher Wray about a Nov. 19 bureau raid on the home of a recognized whistleblower.
The whistleblower, Dennis Cain, who was once employed by an FBI contractor, reportedly turned over documents to the Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz regarding the bureaus failure to investigate potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and the Russian company that purchased Uranium One.
Horowitz subsequently deemed Cain a whistleblower protected under the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act, Cains lawyer, Michael Socarras, told TheDCNF.
Cain even told the FBI when they raided his house that he was legally protected and that he had already turned over all his documents to the DOJ and congrees but they broke in anyway.
Is this intimidation of a possible future witness?
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not just this guy, but anyone else who might think about being a whistleblower.
THINK PEOPLE.
He told them he’d already turned over the documents.
They still spent SIX hours looking for something.
What were they looking for ? It wasn’t the documents.
Was that ‘Raid’ an elaborate piece of choreographed theater, so the Clintons could say they also are being ‘persecuted’?
I suspect that would not be the first time this diversionary method was employed.
After learning how people like Stzrok, McCabe and Brenner think, I’m not so quick to dismiss conspiracy theories as I used to be.
When you go to the feds and admit you have stolen documents that prove a crime and want whistleblower status, their first question will be “what else do you have?”. Because if you’ve cherry-picked info to prove your case and held back exculpatory information, they know their whole case could fall apart and they’d be responsible. So they get a search warrant so they can prove they exercised due diligence.
Remember, they have no reason to implicitly believe the whistleblower, they have to build a case that can stand up in court.
I know that now, after all the electoral schemes of 2016 are coming to light.
The best move Trump could make, right now, is give a speech highlighting incidents like this, and announce he is creating a group of private-sector law-enforcers, perhaps retired police with honors, to look into government abuse and intimidation at every level. This has long been needed. The fact that American citizens have allowed their government to investigate itself for decades is unbelievable.
[ Just because you are paranoid doesn’t mean that they are not out to get you. ]
Hey! Some of us resemble that remark!!
FBI = American Gestapo
There are other investigations going on, not related to Mueller, and the FBI is doing the investigating. Dont sell them short.
LOL. I’m sorry. We have to accept after two years of a POTUS under treasonous assault that the FBI is totally playing for team Deep State.
Correct.
That could very well be the basis written in the warrant application by either White Hats or the Black Hats.
The problem we have is the existence of dirty cops at all levels acting under color of law and forced under blackmail to perform as prescribed.
Other scenarios are that other materials were planted in the Whistleblower’s premises to provide a trace or to otherwise mislead, or to throw the Clintonites off-track.
Bottomline is the corruption needs to be taken out, we can’t have, we can’t live with a politicized corrupt DOJ/FBI.
Grassley won't get one word from Wray or the FBI. I can tell you that already.
Until Congress pulls the funding and pensions from the FBI and DOJ, Grassley ain't gonna get one dammed thing,
Wray is as corrupt as Comey and Rosenstein.
Has the raid been reported by any other news source without referencing the Daily Caller story?
FBI to Grassley: GFY.
Sorry, that’s just the way it is.
Wray is as dirty as the rest of them. He came up in the Mueller, McCabe, Rosenstein, Comey culture.
Yeah, and wray will tell grassley, “here’s what we have on you”, and grassley will fade out.
Planting evidence.... that is the FBI s way
