The Senate Republicans are talking about $5 billion - over two years. So it would only be 0.055% of Federal Spending annually.
The second year will of course never materialize, after the Dems take the House of Representatives.
Negotiations are still underway, so we must reserve our full disappointment until the final results are signed - and pray for the best.
Trump is CIC. He could direct the army to build the wall for defense and use their 750 billion dollar budget.
