President Donald Trump threatened to declassify “devastating” documents next year if House Democrats launch probes into his administration.
“If they want to play tough, I will do it,” he said during an Oval Office interview Wednesday with the New York Post.
"They will see how devastating those pages are."
Trump told the paper he would declassify FISA warrant applications and other confidential documents from Robert Mueller’s investigation, which he said would expose efforts by the FBI, the Justice Department and the Clinton campaign to set him up.
“If they go down the presidential harassment track, if they want to go and harass the president and the administration, I think that would be the best thing that would happen to me,” he said.
“I’m a counter-puncher and I will hit them so hard they’d never been hit like that.” Trump also told the tabloid he would wait to reveal such documents until they are absolutely needed, saying, “It’s much more powerful if I do it then.”
Release the damn documents...We The People demand it!

I dont believe PresidentTrump would personalize all this important info. He wants us all to see everything. Also the really wicked things he said were too terrible for us to see. He must be misinforming the msm.
That is the dilemma for the deep State...how to take out Trump without being taken out themselves....if he goes they go too....and they know it!
We need to put 10 million patriots into DC...silent but resolute...and waiting! We must not let the internal enemies of our nation take our freedoms without a fight! We let ourselves get tied up in conflicting paradigms of governance when we as a free people must reassert a new Paradigm of freedom which would resemble the words from the Gettsyburg address...that a government of the people, for the people and by the people should not perish from the Earth! We must reassert our paradigms of freedom and liberty and TRUE justice for all men and races and rub our nation’s internal enemies faces in it! We are not corporate citizens of the Corporation of the United States and subject to a two tiered system of justice...we are citizens of the nation of the USA...bounded by our constitution!
PS: If Pelosi should ever walk thru a crowd of patriots with gavel in hand like she did in 2010(?)...I propose we rush her and take that gavel from her and replace it with a rubber chicken!(not hurt her....just replace the gavel with a rubber chicken) The rubber chicken is symbolic of the people who put ilk like Pelosi in power!

FR’s attention span isnt that darn great amoung its users. Doesnt matter if a fraction of a % obsess on some topic for years.
So the attention span of non political junkies is even worse.
So releasing these now so some political junkies on FR can make hay of it for two days and then whine that the MSM is on other stuff, leaves us with nothing.
But you have the transparency. Trump loses the leverage.....but you get two days to be righteously indignant.

You minimized what would happen if we release the documents now but you don't minimize what would happen if the document release is to be used for leverage.

If it’s done RIGHT NOW, yeah, there will be nothing.
If the video released by Project Veritas was released in May, they would have had no impact in the race in Missouri and would have been forgotten in a week. Release them in the heat of the end of the campaign, and it swung the race because people were paying attention!
Democrats would love nothing more than to release them this second. Get it out of the way when few people will really care, then after a few months, move on their impeachment scheme when this will be LONG forgotten by the general public.
Then what? Some Op-Eds screaming about “no one remembers the documents!!!!!!!”?
If they pull the trigger, and you now have the public is paying close attention, that is when you release them!

I don't disagree with that. In fact I've have given Trump the benefit of the doubt in numerous posts saying that it could be a matter of the timing of the release. What I disagree with, is using the document release for leverage.

We just had an election and no documents were released. We lost important races in AZ, WV and WI plus we lost the House.

Public pressure for the DOJ to prosecute.
