Final election tonight in Mississippi for the US Senate and a few House races.
Agree completely. Bush 41 doubled the cap on legal immigration. Tom Cotton’s RAISE Act would reduce legal immigration to 500,000 a year, still much too high. But the Dems, the unions, the Catholic Church and other religious sects, the Chamber of Commerce, and ethnic and racial interest groups benefit from mass immigration. It is a powerful coalition. And you couple that with an education establishment that touts meaningless bromides like we are a nation of immigrants. It is very difficult to discuss immigration as a matter of public policy free from emotion and misinformation. Immigration affects every major existential challenge that faces this country.
I believe there is a reward for turning n illegal voters.

A poll just came out about the attitudes of millennials:
Half of those surveyed believe the United States is sexist (50 percent) and racist (49 percent).
American exceptionalism is on the decline — 46 percent of younger Americans do not agree that “America is the greatest country in the world.”
38 percent of younger Americans do not agree that “America has a history that we should be proud of.”
One in eight (14 percent) of millennials agree that “America was never a great country and it never will be.”
46 percent of younger Americans agree that “America is more racist than other countries.”
84 percent of Americans do not know the specific rights enumerated in the First Amendment.
19 percent of millennials believe that the American flag is “a sign of intolerance and hatred.”
44 percent of younger Americans believe Obama had a “bigger impact” on America than Washington, the nation’s first president.
In one sense, I regret that I won’t live long enough to see these self-loathing morons persecuted as a minority in the very country that they helped to “transform” into a tribal hellhole.
On the other hand, I’ll be happy to be dead before that comes to pass.

Hyde-Smith won 54-46. A GOP candidate usually wins by double digits. A single digit win is exceptional in MS.
Reminds me of Cruz vs Beto. The days of easy GOP wins may be behind us.

In the Ted Cruz vs. Beto O’Rourke, race for Texas Senator, Ted Cruz was hammered from two sides, one of them being the Democrats, their big money, their media, their pollsters, their pundits and, the other one, Cruz self-inflicted wounds from the 2016 POTUS campaign, when Cruz upset millions of GOP, Trump voters who never forget how he acted at the GOP Convention. With all the hammering and his past misdeeds, Ted Cruz still wiped out Beto O’Rourke by a 225,000 vote victory margin. In contrast, Republican, Governor of Texas, Gregg Abbott beat his opponent by an over 800,000 vote victory margin. and...remember, Texas is still solid “Trump Red”!!!
In the case of Ms. Cindy Hyde-Smith....the “gutter, hateful, envious, Democrats and their Media including pundits, pollsters, the Drudge Report, Politico, Axios, Vox, Reuters, the Associated Press, CNN, MSNBC, FNC, FBN, ABC, CBS, NBC, NPR, etc., and only God knows who else, made the Cruz attack look like child’s play. Some of these verbal wounds were also self-inflicted by Hyde-Smith, herself. However, unlike Ted Cruz, she was a novice, this was her first major run.
Her 70,000 vote victory margin is most impressive, considering the verbal abuse and non-stop battering she went through. She worked hard....wiped out Democrat, Mike Espy easily for her being a novice, however she was certainly, a novice loaded with “True Grit”. And, the grand voters of Mississippi certainly gave her the turnout she needed to win. POTUS, Trump also saw the same “True grit in her....that is why He did his Two(2) rallies in the same day performance, which was stunning and awesome together.
The Democrats wanted this win, their media goons, and their lock-steppers the merchants of the “Race Card”, wanted it super badly, they wanted a massive victory, an African-American victory that would heal the loss wounds of African-American, Democrats, Andrew Gillum & Stacey Abrams who were beaten in major states, Florida & Georgia. They also wanted to seriously wound POTUS, Trump, politically, with a resounding defeat in the “Deep South”. However, all their low life political antics bright forth no victory whatsoever.
Yes, Virginia, Santa says Ms. Cindy Hyde-Smith won a great and deserved victory last night...but, the massive real winner is none other then the now “King of the Hill”, POTUS, Donald J. Trump!!! Game over for Democrats in 2020. Trump as of today holds all the cards that mean something. The Democrat Party control of the House means “ZILCH, ZERO, NOTHING!!! This Democrat ill ploy in the house should be futile and amusing at the same time!!! Virginia...read my lips, there never was a Democrat “Blue Wave”...never!!!

I think 7, but given where I work I believe I voted after that in the 2016 election since I was in line.

In our house we raised 4 conservative daughters - 1 remains conservative, 3 returned as moderates (after college and law school for one)
If the government school system is not examined and the anti-American curriculum is not addressed very soon, President Trump’s gains will be wiped out in a generation because the upcoming generations have been brainwashed from K-12 and then through college to be anti American and socialist.

I happened to catch Bill O'Reilly, yeah, THAT Bill O'Reilly (The Bloviator), on Newsmax TV and someone had asked him about FNC. He said, as we all know, with the new management at FNC, they have turned to looking like the rest of the alphabet channels! Yes, unfortunately, Faux Snooze has taken a decidedly left turn! To the point that I rarely watch any of it.
