With the midterm elections behind us, we are now into the 2020 silly-season guessing game. On her MSNBC show this morning, Joy Reid invited her guests to make their picks among the multitudinous Dem contenders. Said Tiffany Cross, co-founder of The Beat DC:
"My number one ticket who can beat Donald Trump by a landslide: Michelle Obama and Oprah Winfrey."

Joy Reid is nuts - or she's a vile liar... but then again every woman in Hollywood - every woman - gets promoted by spreading their legs, right? /s The biggest problem with an Oprah/Obama ticket is that neither woman has the 'fire' - the insane desire - to be President. If they did it could be a winning ticket. But Oprah has lots of baggage - stuff she's said she'll have to defend - choices she's made - - and Michelle Obama sacrificed for 8 years being a charming and graceful First Lady (under daily pressure) and might not want to go back to that life. That said, those two would be better than any of the other 'known' choices on that political side.
