Michael Avenatti’s law practice evicted from offices

Stormy Daniels’ embattled lawyer Michael Avenatti lost a last-ditch appeal Friday to block the eviction of his law practice from its California offices, according to a new report.

Avenatti — who was busted earlier this week in LA on domestic violence allegations — now needs to move out of his ocean-view suite in a Newport Beach office building after Orange County Superior Court Judge Robert J. Moss affirmed an October order that the attorney and his staff vacate the premises, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Avenatti’s longtime firm, Eagan Avenatti, had skipped four months of rent payments — totaling $213,254 — prompting the landlord, Irvine Co., to sue for eviction.

The landlord won the case last month, during a trial that Avenatti skipped, according to the report. Then, the local sheriff’s office posted a notice demanding that the firm vacate by early on Nov. 1.

He requested a reprieve, which granted him a delay until Friday’s hearing. But he didn’t show up to that one either, the paper reported.

Never hire a law firm that is stuck with a $50,000+ per month lease for office space.

CPL is finished as an attorney. He will definitely have to start stripping and doing porn in order to pay the bills. He’s not that attractive—he’ll have to focus on the senior citizen market.

He really sucks as an attorney if he couldn’t negotiate that....... Only 4 months? Most landlords on commercial real estate would waive 2 months if other payment was brought to date...

Another case of ‘follow the money’.

Apparently the property owners figured they were backing a ‘dead horse’ and figured his star was rapidly descending.

Just like when the city/town/municipality wants to use YOUR TAXES to finance a business or stadium the first thought is..IF the idea were really the money maker you are claiming, some rich old fool with money to burn would put it up so he could add to his fortune.

Yeh his office is/was in swanky Fashion Island section of Newport Beach. South of the Main Beach, along Pacific Coast Highway. It overlooks Balboa Island and Newport Bay and the Pacific. There is a corporate complex there - building after building of upscale uppity offices. They surround what’s called Fashion Island Mall. Seriously beautiful location. All the homes around that area are in gated communities with guards. It’s upper crusty Newport Beach. Avanetti was living large for sure.

Avenatti might be able to pay his rent off if he pimps-out Stormy Daniels.

In the last month or so;

Got evicted for failure to pay rent.
Got a judgement from a former partner for 7 million
Lost to Trump and needs to pay him 350k
Owes the IRS a gob
Got referred for prosecution for providing false witness to the Senate
Got arrested for beating up a woman.

My question........how did a mammoth loser like this get so big to begin with?

Can he plead Trump Derangement Syndrome? Because he has the biggest case of it in history.

Well, maybe on the media her mouth is closed but in order to pay for President Trumps lawyers, she probably hasn’t closed it since the ruling.

He could not pay rent
Remember another judge ruled all his clients payments to him go to his former partner.

I asked someone the other day, since CPL took the case on a contingency basis would he be responsible for the loss?
