If Kasich were to run, one of the big questions he would face would be whether to challenge Trump in the Republican primary or to run as a third-party candidate.
You know, in the Republican Party, [its] pretty hard because its kind of locked down right now, but we dont know whats going to come in the future, Kasich said on The View, adding: I think, for the first time, there is a legitimate chance for a third-party candidate.
It appears that Kasich will run for president in 2020.

Dont kid yourself. Kasich cant be stupid enough to think he can beat Trump in a primary. But with enough Soros money he could certainly run as a third party candidate. To me that is worrisome.
I could be wrong of course. I mean about the stupid part.
Maybe its time for us to sponsor some Left Wing Marxist Whacko to run as a third party candidate.

The plan is to be Kasich and Flake on the same ticket, running as “moderates” who can win AZ and OH, among other red and purple states.

Kasich is irrelevant. He has zero chance. This is all just an ego trip for him.

If he wasn’t thinking primary he wouldn’t be in New Hampshire. Would he?
I’d say he just wants to hurt Trump but I think he may be delusional enough to think he would win.

Did he let the cat out of the bag? The uni-party will be running a recognized third party candidate to split the votes so POTUS won’t be reelected but a Dem will be.
