When it comes down to any contest, you size up the competition. So, given all of the negatives Hillary Clinton has right now, why is she possibly thinking about running again? Yes, Democrats like her, but I think if you were to ask a follow-up question concerning her running for president…again, the poll numbers would not be stellar. The progressive base of the Democratic Party, which isn’t small, wants her gone. A lot of the big wigs want a fresh start as well.
Hillary comes off as inauthentic, not trustworthy, and someone who plays by their own rules. Worse, the Clintons come off as a couple that thinks the rules don’t apply to them. As many have noted during the 2016 election, all of these criticisms from their days in the White House, and on the campaign trail, were resurrected by the email fiasco Hillary failed miserably to downplay. Rural voters probably won’t listen to her either, and if she tries, the issue of trust comes into play. No one outside of the Acela Corridor seems to think she’s playing with a full deck. These are the same areas that voted against her and made Donald Trump our president.
Well, maybe it’s because the 2020 field sucks. I mean, it’s God-awful. And when Democratic voters were given names that the liberal media thinks are up-and-coming progressives, the answer for most surveyed is the same: “none of the above.”
Via The Hill [emphasis mine]:
With the 2018 midterms in the rearview mirror, several Democrats are gearing up for the 2020 presidential contest. But so far, no Democrat has attracted broad support from the party's base, according to a new Hill.TV American Barometer poll.
The survey, conducted among 680 registered voters who identified themselves as Democrats or independents, found that "none of the above" was the most popular choice among potential 2020 challengers to President Trump.
Thirty percent of the sample said they would prefer that "none of the above"become the Democratic nominee when asked to choose among former Vice President Joe Biden, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D), Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders (I), New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker (D), California Sen. Kamala Harris (D), former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Twenty-five percent of respondents said Biden would be their preferred nominee.Sanders, who ran in the Democratic presidential primary in 2016, came in second with 18 percent.
Twelve percent of the independents and Democrats surveyed picked Clinton, Sanders's one-time presidential rival, who signaled a willingness to run again, saying in an October interviewer that she would still "like to be president."
Other candidates attracted even less support. Harris, Bloomberg and Warren were each the top choice for just 4 percent of respondents.
There’s a vacuum here. Biden is also a two-time loser in presidential races, but Hillary managed to clinch the nomination. She has a national constituency. She has the money. She has the connections, and she has the name recognition. Sanders and Biden might have that as well. Everyone else is hemmed in by geography; like no one knows who Cory Booker is if you’re not from Jersey. And even then, some folks might not know who the hell she is. Yet, like an opening drive in football, Clinton’s run will get stuffed because no one will like her, no one will trust her, and if she thinks she can run on girl power again, she’s sadly mistaken. And don’t even think about weaponizing Me Too. You’re married to a credibly accused rapist. The enthusiasm will be dampened if she runs and wins the nomination again, especially in key counties where she already struggled to drive up turnout (i.e., Wayne County, Michigan). So, while the field is open, and she has the weapons to run again, she’ll lose. And that has to drive Democrats crazy. Their best person is also someone who will probably lose a third time…and against Donald Trump again.
Hillary running again would be the funniest thing ever. Please do it— Michael Tracey (@mtracey) November 12, 2018
Also, anytime a Democrat says they're not running means they're running:

I just hope she takes that shot. If she fails to get the nomination, she should go third party. We need her to kick around some more. Well, not need, but personally I want her to kick around some more.
Biden better hope he has good security and finds alternatives to flying. Sounds like he would be the first one Hillary has her goons eliminate.
The only one id worry about is Michell Obama and She is going to Run
I am afraid this is the era of Dem Designer Elections.
Dems choose the states and the officials there to ask for various outcomes:
Candidate selected or primary won: weakest GOP with no charisma gets Soros millions and media accolades and wins primary by “found votes.”
Weak GOP candidates (Schuette in MI who lost yuge to Whitmer) then show big poll deficits all the way to election morning (pollsters paid off to make tilt toward more Dems interviewed than GOP). Note I heard pundits’ description of GOP candidates this month as “they are running a really weak candidate and that’s holding back voter enthusiasm” “their candidate has no charisma and really can’t speak well or excite voters in interviews” “really a drab, dull candidate.” .
Any close elections won by GOP are totally reversed by votes “found” after polls long closed, challenges of ballots, recounts, lawsuits, giant demonstrations and civil unrest, or a new election ordered by state governor due to irregularities found.
Mainly, choose Hillary’s next electoral college vote total and match the states to corruption required.
Full media backing.
Yep she is running. If they take the Senate it won’t matter anymore. The Republic is officially dead then.
There was “The Walker Brigade” of World War II.
According to Monty Python.
Set up “according to one source” quotes against Oprah by Moochelle. And slurs against Oprah by Moochelle quotes “according to an insider.” Heat it all up for two weeks nonstop.
Then put them in a Motel 6 bathroom and lock them in and let the screams, vicious punches, urban streetfighter kicks to the head and pieces of torn clothing fly until one is finally declared our nation’s first Female African American Presidential Candidate of a Major Party.
And that’s who Seth Rich gave his life for.
Were it not for him, we would not have seen some of the evidence.
But very bad for Seth Rich.
Oh wait, that was a botched robbery...../official Democrat Party line
Great scene of Hillary the Hildebeast.
Imagine (if you can stand it) someone being married to her. Must be punishment for something done wrong by Bill in a previous life. And what is Huma’s excuse? Wasn’t Lindsay Lohan or someone available?
I will not believe anything that Mrs. William Jefferson Clinton says, until she is exonerated in court, of the murder of Vince Foster.
Pretty interesting “coincidences” (not saying you called it such - but the Democrats will)
Podesta - make an example - Seth Rich dead
Podesta - wet works at the vineyard - Justice Scalia dead
Need Podesta to tell us the winning PowerBall combinations for all of December through January.
There was a ton of evidence his body was dragged there....I recall the trail of leaves and dirt like a body had been dragged. The gun that was still in his hand, which would not be the case if he had shot himself there, etc etc etc. But all the authorities chose to ignore the obvious, so there you go.
Bar Crawl Campaign 2.0
Toss me in the van
Let’s go, let’s go
hand me those pills
Pass me that flask
Why aren’t I 50 points ahead
You ask, you ask
Well, if demoncrats can vote before Election Day, on Election Day and after Election Day, she probably has a good chance.
The only one id worry about is Michell Obama and She is going to Run
...
Yep, that’s why the interview took place. Soros backs her, I’m sure...watch Hitlery get the same thing she got in 2004...better hide the cutlery...
HAHAHA!
