Currently, with about 75% of the precincts reporting, there seems to be a bit of a blue wave forming in Nevada. Sislak leads Laxalt by 6%, Wacky Jacky leads Heller by 7%, Lt. Gov. candidate Marshall leads Roberson by nearly 10%, AG candidate Ford leads Duncan, and so on.
The margins in all of the elections are razor thin. Imagine if Trump had not campaigned tirelessly?
And thats what is bothering me so much tonight...the strength of the Democrat positions with the electorate. Our wins against hard socialists in supposedly red states were razor thin. And our losses hurt. This was a stronger election for the Democrats than it appears on the surface.
It feels like we are at the edge of a cliff, falling over.
Does NV require photo ID to vote?
If not, it is super easy for people to cast multiple votes, and this is something union thugs would do in a big way.
No income tax is in the State Constitution. It will take years to undo that - but they will.

P9.
No ID required but you do have to sign your name and the poll worker matches it to the registration form. Lot’s of room for fraud with motor voter law.
There the is always Utah or Wyoming. But like many places out-of-towners aren’t warmed up to. Where I live they’re called “Come-here’s” and I’m one, but since I’m from the same state it’s sort of okay.
Interestingly, the retiring yuppies move to the flood zones and get to enjoy the mosquitoes too. But the waterfront is changing into recreational rather than supporting a fishing industry, and the midterm ballot had a waterfront/flood-zone amendment clearly structured to favor upscale construction efforts in areas that really can’t support the weight of the intrusion.
“Should a county city or town be authorized to provide a partial tax exemption for real property that is subject to recurrent flooding if flooding resiliency improvements have been made on the property?” Sounds like a good idea... except this would allow the complete takeover of a fishing ville and turn it into a trendy boutique and artisian pizza hang... complete with tax deductions after insurance payouts. The locals will be able to subsist off the crumbs as a very few low wage earners get to wash the square white china. Trailer trash will not be allowed. Virginia Is For Lovers money is green! the only good to come out of the most recent recession was that it stopped a lot of this Construction And build up. But it marches on in an area they really cannot support large infusions of industry let alone sprawl. the latest neighborhood approved Construction was it disapproved a decade ago but recently was approved... Except the taxpayers have to pick up the infrastructure cost of putting this neighborhood in. City council should be fired... But that’s very typical of what is going on in Virginia and the retirees from the Northeast are perfectly happy to move into a nice neighborhood that was supported on the backs of the locals here, who for the most part, are the overall losers.
And that was the best they could muster with huge money and us having Paul Ryan and it being the first off year election of a new president. It was a good night in comparison to recent history.(last 50 years). It could have been a lot worse.
Mass immigration is the key word in a lot of these races. Have to give the RATS credit on getting this vote. They move to them and are now leaving the Blacks in this country on the side line since they have no use for them any longer. Hopefully Trump will keep helping the Black community and more of them will start voting Republican.
It will take another Civil War to avoid the authoritarian Dems shredding our Constitution.
Our country is heading toward authoritarianism. Dems are domestic enemy founders warned about.
You dont have much time left for retiring in Texas either, unless something gets done about illegals voting here and the massive influx of California liberals is reversed somehow.
We live in Northern Illinois, in an area which until very recently was a GOP stronghold. However, Rats from Chicago and Cook County have been moving out here in droves after destroying their own communities (but they are just doing the same thing here that destroyed their former areas).
Last night was a bloodbath for our area, as gun-grabbing, tax-loving, liberal Rat women took over virtually EVERY office.
We are retired, but my wife has end-stage COPD, so for us moving is not really an option, though we may just say screw it and pull up roots and let the chips fall where they may. We were just talking about it, and Tennessee is looking pretty good.
“It will take another Civil War to avoid the authoritarian Dems shredding our Constitution.”
Could be.
The “Progressive” cancer that started on the East and West Coasts is metasticizing at an accelerating rate into healthy areas of our Republic. As it invades the heartland perhaps normal, patriotic Americans will in turn accelerate their demands and their actions to stop the spread of the Democrat/Left’s disease that destroys liberty.
I understand Tarkanian went down as well.
I wonder what GOP voter turn out was?
I worked on voter turnout for Michigan and Florida this past week, and if I had been alerted of a dire need in Nevada I might have put some time in for them as well. Florida GOP had an amazing telephone get out the vote platform that worked very well. The state heads of the GOP should get together and speak and learn about best practices.
I am prepared to accelerate.
