My observations are similar in terms of voter numbers compared to 2016. This is HIGHLY UNUSUAL. Usually the interest in the midterm elections drops way off.
Not only is it unusual for midterms, it’s been raining here and that usually cuts down on the number of voters. Yet numbers appear to be up!
I have never seen the polling place so crowded. The parking lot was full and car were parked all up and down the street on both sides, with voters lined up out the door standing in the rain. Much more voting activity at 7AM than in 2016.
I live in a Republican majority town in a blue state. Those voting looked like normies for the most part. There were a few of the usual lefty lesbian looking types, but overall, blue collar and white collar workers stopping to vote on the way to work at one of those jobs President Trump either saved or helped create via a business friendly and favorable economy.

The ‘pundits’ backpedaled all week. I think Conservative Americans are TOTALLY motivated thanks to President Trump and the Cherry On Top are the Blacks, Hispanics and the #WalkAway Democrats leaving The Dark Side...in droves!
A YUGE chunk of us see this as a mandate on PDJT; I don’t care what ANYONE in the Enemy Media has been trying to tell us/sell us since the 2016 election.
It is no longer Business As Usual where the Mid-Terms are concerned. I think people understand that going back to having ANY Dems in ANY position of power from Governorships on down to local Dog Catchers is a LOSING proposition; we’re stuck on WINNING these days!
