Totals for Florida early vote.
Absentee Ballot (VBM) - REPs lead by 63,496
In-Person Early Voting - DEMs lead by 85,849
Combined Early voting - DEMs lead by 22,353
At this same time in 2016: DEMs lead of 96,450
Numbers represent ballots cast by party registration.
Ballots have not been counted yet.
Today, the REP lead is 74k better than 2 years ago.
By election day, 2016, DEMs had a lead of 96,450. They appear to be well short of that number this year.
GOP is on track to win Florida statewide races.

My final prediction:
Scott by 2.0%, DeSantis by 0.5%
Nice. Let’s see how election day goes and no Indie surprises.

“DeSantis by 0.5%”
whoa!
automatic recount?
Some VBM ballots will arrive at county offices by mail today or be turned in in-person at a voting location. So a few more VBM ballots will need to be added to the totals.
Tomorrow I will add them to todays total and the website will be ready for 2020. Go Trump Go.
I hope youre correct however I hope DeSantis blows Gillum out of the water. It should not be this close. Defies logic. On second thought maybe not..theres a lot of morons down here!
Thanks for the update. Keeping my fingers crossed that Floridians will vote for continued prosperity and sensible policies.
I HOPE that is true. But as much as I always loved voting on Election Day, I voted early for the first time, along with several of my friends. That means we are not voting today. I think all of the Rs who voted early would have voted today. Will that fact skew the estimates?
We picked up some in the red areas, cutting the deficit more.
automatic recount?
**************
They call it a “recount” but we all know what it really is.
There have always been lots of morons in Florida—but THAT MANY?????
DeSantis has mostly under-polled Scott.
indies splitting their ballots?
R certainly wouldn’t
