A lecturer at the State University of New York at New Paltz was caught on video stealing Republican yard signs in New York.
Laura Ebert, who is an economics lecturer, has been charged with misdemeanor larceny for stealing signs endorsing Rep. John Faso (R., N.Y.) for Congress and Marc Molinaro, the GOP gubernatorial candidate in New York.
Video shows Ebert pulling up to a woman's front yard, getting out, and putting the political signs in her pickup truck.

The definition of professor has sunk to a level below zero from the days of old. Maybe they get their certificate in a Cracker Jack box. No offense to Cracker Jack.

What does she teach, Stupidity 101? Or “How to Become a Criminal and Not Get Away With Thief”.
It is a shame that it was only a Misdemeanor. If it were a felony, she might have lost any teaching license she had. A fucking tear!
This is a crime against democracy, free expression, and the rights of fellow citizens to support candidates of their choice. Of course this POS should be fired by SUNY. Instead they will protect her.... hell they may give her an award.

I believe that the issue here is that there is a built in requirement in all of us for a ‘higher power’. For most of us that is our ‘God’. But because these liberals dont believe in god they need to fill that space with a zeal for their ideology. They are Liberal Jihadists.
This issue will get worse before it gets better i think.
Update: My opinion. Not only should she be charged with “petit larcency”, but also “criminal trespass” on the neighbor’s lawn (and possible damage to it), but also with “destruction of private property”.
Even if they are all misdemeanors, a bundles series of criminal charges will halt her teaching career (except at SUNY, CUNY, NYU, John Jay College of Law, and Columbia.

She wasn’t a professor; just a lecturer at the school.
Same was true for Obama; just a lecturer, because the professors of the law school turned him down to become a professor.
