President Trump is exactly right. I can’t believe Ryan came out and said what he did.
I would think he HAS to know more about it than that, and it does worry the hell out of me that it appears...he doesn’t.
One of the most critical issues facing this country, and he doesn’t know even a most basic tenet of the Constitution in general and the 14th Amendment in particular.
I don’t believe that. I can fully understand and agree that he is working on behalf of illegal immigration if he opened his mouth and said that. I can’t believe he could be that dumb, so it has to be something else.

The 14th Amendment is in no way being challenged, only the interpretation of one phrase “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.”
An unindicted criminal, i.e., an “undocumented” alien, otherwise known as an illegal immigrant, has NO standing within the US jurisdiction.
The definition of a “natural-born citizen” has never been adequately defined.

Wong Kim Ark was born in San Francisco, California, of Chinese parents, subjects of the Chinese Emperor, while in the US as legal residents. It was determined that “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” was the determining factor in awarding Wong the “natural-born citizen” category, not otherwise defined EXCEPT in this case law.
The whole Executive Order route is aimed at getting the determination of “natural-born citizen” put to the question once and for all before the US Supreme Court.
I love how Trump says, “This will be settled by the Supreme Court”. He held out this long to make sure he’s got a 5-4 majority. Looks like a plan.

By entering the country illegally, the invaders have themselves made a statement to the effect that, they are not under the jurisdiction of the US.
Trump; “Birthright citizenship will be ended one way or another.”
