More than a hundred Central American migrants have forced their way through a customs gate at the Guatemalan border town of Tecun Uman to request passage into Mexico. A Mexican official said Sunday that the group is seeking entry via Ciudad Hidalgo, Mexico.

Video from the Guatemalan newspaper Prensa Libre showed men arguing with Mexican immigration officials through the metal bars of a gate separating the two countries. Mexican immigration officials in the video urged the men to bring families to the front of the line and present their requests for transit in an orderly manner.

Cesar Quinonez, a volunteer firefighter in Tecun Uman, told The Associated Press by phone that several Guatemalan police officers and migrants were injured as the group kicked and pushed its way through the gate on the Guatemalan side of the border. He said several people received medical treatment for exposure to tear gas fired by police.

A larger group of thousands of Central American migrants has been winding its way through southern Mexico with the goal of reaching the U.S. border. Mexico has offered them asylum if they remain in the southern states of Chiapas and Oaxaca.

The news came the same day that Defense Secretary Jim Mattis announced that the military already has started delivering countermeasures to the southern border of the U.S., as Fox News previously reported.

The photos & video of these 'peaceful caravaners' reveal an angry violent invading horde of filthy men.

It's time to turn the circus caravan around and steer them back south.

Why are they being encouraged in Mexico? They have no legal right to exist on Mexican soil and should be deported. If Mexico is so poor and they export their indigent here, how do they afford to cater free to these foreigners?

Once they cross to Mexico they are clothed in designer sports wear and carry pricey backpacks. They are fed and watered and given free medical treatment. Who in Mexico is spending millions to enable them?

Mexico is not going to stop them.

If our government won’t, we may have to do it.

...... I think it is becoming increasingly self evident that the US is going to have to take action on this .... Sooner or Later ..... I believe the old adage .... "An ounce of Prevention is worth .... A Pound of Cure..." would certainly neuter the situation.

..... What I am taking about is that this whole problem becomes real when these invaders set foot on OUR soil ....... So it should be incumbent upon our Government to prevent these Trespassers from crossing onto US Soil. Always Remember .... Once they are here they become the responsibility and wards of the United States and all of it's laws until they can .... if ever .... be deported back to their origin.

... I figure that the US, If the Powers that Be haven't already done so, need to tell Mexico to immediately begin setting up holding facilities on their side of the border at the prospective crossing areas to handle this crisis located at least a mile from our border on Mexican Soil. ..... Then quickly negotiate an agreement between the two nations to have American personnel interview prospective refugees. Then any that are deemed non acceptable should be returned to their originating country and charge the processing and transportation expenses billed to their home countries. The proceeds garnered could then be added to the Build the Wall fund.

.... Hey .... It's not perfect .... But heck ..... It would at least be a start ..... But to repeat my previous statement ..... This whole problem becomes an absolute reality when these invaders set foot on OUR soil ....... So it should be incumbent upon our Government to prevent these Trespassers from crossing onto US Soil.

Migratory birds? They come, later GO AWAY.

Migrants come and never leave.

NEVER use the word of the enemy, MIGRANT, since it is misleading.

He who controls the terms used in the debate CONTROLS THE DEBATE.

It could all be stopped immediately with one Tweet from Trump. 90% tax on all remittance money to Mexico, Guatemala and Honduras, effective immediately and in place until caravan is stopped.

A horde of invaders is the correct term. Can you post the photos to the thread from the Fox link, please?

I do not believe that the President has the authority to impose taxes.

That’s what machineguns and grenades were made for.

These are not refugees fleeing violence, nor are they immigrants looking for a better life.

They’re violent invaders, seeking to rape, murder, pillage, and destroy.

I know it’s politically incorrect ... but they need to be met with massive lethal force.

No, but I’m thinking it might be legal for the executive branch to impose a very very Hefty transaction fee for all money transfers outside of the US.
while I normally despise the notion of a regulatory fee because it is simply a fake tax, this might be just a situation where it is needed.

He who controls the terms used in the debate CONTROLS THE DEBATE.

Tangent points: that's why I use the term "preborn" instead of "unborn", and also "Mrs. Bill Clinton" and not "Hillary".

Secretary Nielsen was on Fox Sunday with Chris Wallace.

She said that Border Patrol apprehends 1,500 to 1,700 illegals EVERY DAY, and terrorist suspects EVERY DAY.

This caravan will be made an example of, to advance the required legal reforms and wall funding.

The Left asked for it. Gracias idiotas.

“They have no legal right to exist on Mexican soil and should be deported.”

There is an amnesty program in Mexico. This is one of my real questions as to why they are trying to claim amnesty in the US when they are standing on soil that has a program.

https://www.amnesty.org/en/countries/americas/mexico/report-mexico/

Therefore, it has nothing to do with amnesty. It has to do with US welfare and benefit programs. They are not running away from their amnesty problem. They are running to the US for benefits they can’t get in either their home country or Mexico. Benefits paid for by US taxpayers. And that is not amnesty, that’s border running (illegal alienship and trespassing on US territory).

Problem is, where do you deport them to if they break through as they are not citizens of Mexico? Can we send them back to their home country where some will be murdered? I say Mexico let them in and allowed them to travel throughout the west without a threat of deportation. Let Mexico have them. More mouths to feed and more crime when they can’t.
