Then they have to go home. Asylum doesn’t work that way.

So what’s going to happen when they all show up at the border claiming asylum? Don’t we by law have to let them in?????

Take out their logistics.
A handful of sand in the fuel tanks of the trucks.
Lots of ways to do it.

What Is Asylum?
Asylum is a protection granted to foreign nationals already in the United States
or at the border who meet the international law definition of a refugee. The
United Nations 1951 Convention and 1967 Protocol define a refugee as a person
who is unable or unwilling to return to his or her home country, and cannot
obtain protection in that country, due to past persecution or a well-founded
fear of being persecuted in the future on account of race, religion, nationality,
membership in a particular social group, or political opinion. Congress
incorporated this definition into U.S. immigration law in the Refugee Act of 1980.
As a signatory to the 1967 Protocol, and through U.S. immigration law, the
United States has legal obligations to provide protection to those who qualify
as refugees. The Refugee Act established two paths to obtain refugee status
either from abroad as a resettled refugee or in the United States as an
asylum seeker.

“....Caravan army turns up its nose at Mexico’s generous offer of asylum”
Therefore it’s an invasion, and whatever happens is their responsibility.

Disappointed at Trumps 800 troops to the border to basically watch. No tanks, no armed vehicles, no automatic weapons, what the hell good are they. To scare the invasion? To reinforce the broken wall.

Trump cut off all aid on a permanent basis to all three Countries sponsoring this invasion. Immediately inform Venezuela a war is coming.

This is a test that the Trump administration is going to have to face, whether in the form of a large caravan or a caravan broken into small groups that try to come over the border over in dribs and drabs over time.
Ultimately, Trump and DHS are going to have to establish that, despite lacking a wall, our borders are secure and cannot be breached by any size "caravan."
Given Trump's proven record of problem solving, I am confident he can find and implement the optimal solution here.
