Yes they are, and they are leaving an evidence trail that will come back to bite them. By using the mail they are committing federal felonies. As I said in another post, postal inspection officers are, or at one time anyway, were as good as any other law enforcement at prosecuting mail fraud and crime.

I get suspicious looking packages every other day at my front gate.
Usually it’s my wife’s stuff.
All these suspicious packages...not a one of them has done anything more than those at my front do...
