Hillary Clinton on Tuesday said "civility can start again" in the United States only if Democrats win back the House or the Senate in November's midterm elections.

Clinton, who made the comments in an interview with CNN, added that "you cannot be civil with" the Republican Party because it "wants to destroy what you stand for, what you care about."

"That's why I believe, if we are fortunate enough to win back the House and or the Senate, that's when civility can start again. But until then, the only thing that the Republicans seem to recognize and respect is strength," Clinton said.

“And you heard how the Republican members, led my [Senate Majority Leader] Mitch McConnell [R-Ky.], the president, really demeaned the confirmation process, insulted and attacked not only Dr. Ford but women who were speaking out," she continued.

Clinton was referencing the confirmation process of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, which was upended by sexual misconduct accusations made by three women, including Christine Blasey Ford. Kavanaugh, who denied the allegations, was sworn in on Saturday following a 50-48 confirmation vote.

Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, also said that the Republicans have "put a lot of time, money, and effort in promoting" lies and falsehoods.

The goal of the Demagogic Party is a single party state and elimination of the rule of law. She's claiming that their tactics -- riots, false witness, payoffs, murders -- are the result of not having to be civil because someone they already hate and see as an obstacle to single party state power is not going along with her agenda. OK, what do you stand for and care about, Mrs. Clinton? There's the Democrat party Prime Directive: Kill the baby.
