There is something odd going on here. I have seen this same tweet and it was posted under the twitter handle @Samantha Ness. Why does this one have a different handle? Did she tweet it from multiple accounts?

I believe that would make her an “Agent Provocateur” - or else an accessory before the fact. However, I doubt anything will come of this, since she herself did not make a direct threat to commit murder.

courts have ruled since the 70s you can’t fire someone without due process unless they are at will or politically appointed or management (in public service managers have protection).
This means when there are allegations and you don’t want the person at work, they have administrative leave. If you do an investigation and they are exhonorated then there is no back pay needed. If you find the allegations true they are fired effective usually in 5 days and paid for the leave.
