There is no way Manchin can vote yes for cloture and then no for the actual vote if he wants to have any hope of reelection in a month. West Virginia favors Kavanaugh confirmation by close to 60%. Heitkamp knows her reelection is the doggy’s dinner so she’s going out with bitterness like Flake.
That was before Trump.

I remember her stealing an election with the help of RINOs and a corrupt prosecution of her opponent that was ultimately overturned.

Alaska went 51% to 36.5% for Trump. Time for Murkowski’s constituents to launch a sh*tstorm on her. She is finished if she votes no tomorrow.
I’m sorry folks, I believe Kavanaugh will go down tomorrow. I see two drama queens in Collins and Flake wanting their last shot at attention. Once they use it up, they will vote “no.”
As for Murkowski, she is a democrat and needs to be called out as such. Mitch McConnell needs to cut her off.

How about a compromise? We give Alaska back to Russia (minus ANWAR) and divide California into 2 States (Northern/Southern California). We can call it the CalAska Compromise and we get to keep the flag with 50 stars.
People seem to have forgotten that Lisa “Wild Eyes” Murkowski lost in the Republican primary a few years back. Because Alaska does not have a “sore Loser” Law, she ran as an independent. The Democrats knew their preferred candidate would lose so many of them voted for Murkowski. She won a razor thin victory.
Those folks in Alaska need to remember she is NOT her father!!!
Time for Cocaine Mitch to bring her in and tell her she bought her state a giant radioactive waste dump if that vote doesn’t change fast.
Alaska kicked her out in the primary and with Bush League Republican help she got back in through a write-in campaign that would not have worked in any other state.

Hold on to that feeling, either way the vote goes. We need to be on pins and needles until after we vote in November. We cannot afford to slip back into any kind of complacency. Yes, I’m nervous. I am holding out hope for Judge Kavanaugh’s good character to be the final impression the voters have on Election Day, 2018.
If Murkowskit stays a no, then two of the three need to vote yes tomorrow.

Anyone saying that a report had anything to do with Murkowski’s vote doesn’t understand the Senate OR Lisa Murkowski. She wanted a bribe, whether that’s a bridge or more drilling or what, it’s ALWAYS a bribe with Lisa Murkowski. She is a swamp creature that subsists entirely on pork. Something was clearly offered to her but whatever it was wasn’t enough for the alpha swamp creature. In that, there’s a minor victory for the American people.
