Now that we have paid off our mortgage, 14 years early [THANK YOU PRESIDENT TRUMP!!!] we will not be carrying much insurance that was required by the mortgage company.

If you read the terms of your policy, it don’t cover much of anything......................

Our insurance payment was twice the mortgage payment.

Thankfully, the mortage was paid off years ago. Property tax and insurance = 4+ months of income today. Those two bills were nothing when we bought years ago.
