Well then President Trump must like Me because Mine had the words “Presidential Alert” in it on the Text I got.
..we got it. I pray the President never has to use it for the reason this test was made..

Hubby and I did not get the alert. And, we’re not on flip phones.

I think these alert tests should be done at least once a week.
I would wager there was at least a couple of dozen uber-lib progressive heads that spontaneously exploded at 2:18 today.
Think of the net effect of this over a couple of months!
Only change I would recommend is to launch these at 4:45 and 45 seconds to remind the feeble-minded this is coming directly from the 45th President of the US.
The Charles Darwin of 2018 might call this head-exploding cull of the herd to be an example of Natural Selection! Survival of the fittest and rational thinking humans.

This reminds me, but I wonder if this alert will be used on the day that the individuals in that sealed indictment are arrested?
I have Sprint, Galaxy 7s, any reason I didn’t receive the alert?
I was at school, teaching Spanish, and several of my students’ phones started beeping & making noises like crazy. Many of them said: “Presidential Alert from My Man Trump!”
I teach in an area of Southern Maryland with many minorities. I was so happy to hear them saying this!
I never heard it, even when I turned my phone back on.

I got the text alert but my Mom’s phone did not..the second I received it I was like COOL MAGA!!!

I was in a checkout line when my phone in my pocket started blaring. I just left it and after 15 seconds or so it shutup. Meanwhile everybody else’s phone was going off and they were pulling them out of purses and pockets and looking at them.
Somebody asked me, “Aren’t you gonna check your phone?” I said, “Why, what for. We all know what it was.” Folks looked at me like I was crazy. I said a quiet prayer of thanks I am not phone addicted.
Not everyone got through unscathed. I got the text, went back to the computer, and discovered that AT&T wireless data had dropped offline. Three hours later it was back. Verizon was fine. Weird.
I have a flip phone that I can text and received texts, I did not get the alert either. fyi
