REPORT: FBI Done With Kavanaugh Probe by Tomorrow

People familiar with the process said Tuesday that the FBI investigation into the allegations of sexual misconduct against Judge Kavanaugh could wrap up very soon, well ahead of the end-of week deadline.

GOP aides on the Hill and another person familiar with the process said they were expecting the bureau to conclude its report as soon as late Tuesday or early Wednesday. Agents had interviewed at least four key people as of Tuesday in its background investigation of Judge Kavanaugh. The White House had given the bureau until Friday to wrap up the probe.

Senators would then be shown the FBI’s findings, but it wasn’t clear if the public would get a look as well.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.) said on Tuesday the report was expected “soon” and “will be made available to each senator and only senators will be allowed to look at it.”

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s next step is to file cloture to end debate.

The Senate is done for the day and Mitch McConnell did not file cloture to end debate on Kavanaugh, reported FOX News Congress reporter Chad Pergram.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is trying to delay the confirmation vote yet again.

I predict that they will say the report isn’t thorough enough, or comprehensive enough, or that they didn’t have enough time, or that they didn’t dive into the Sweatnick allegations enough. There will be some complaints that this investigation wasn’t done properly.

Only Senators see it? OK. Source of the upcoming leak could be any one of 50. 49 Dems plus Jeff the Flake

How long before the lefty leaky lying Senators start putting out fake information on what is in it.

McConnell better be prepared to release the whole findings right after the liars start their fake news bombardment.

If not make public and if it's not leaked within 24 hours, it'll mean the Democrats have once again failed big and in the process all but destroyed their own party.

Duh! That’s their only game plan.....and Flakey is on their side. I’m thinking he has a job with the Dems, starting January 21, 2019.

“It is essential that Senators not only have access to the completed background investigation file, but that FBI officials be made available 24 hours before the Senate votes on cloture in order to answer Senators’ questions about what specific investigative steps were taken, what evidence was collected, and which witnesses were interviewed,” Schumer said in a letter to McConnell.

First Schumer wants the FBI to investigate and now he wants time for Democrat senators to investigate the FBI.

And which very proud FBI agent will stand up and deliver something they missed the first SIX TIMES? Do they draw straws for that particular assignment?

It’s possible that Sen. McConnell is holding back the report because it it reflects very poorly on dems and the accusers, and Sen. McConnell is telling the dems that they can holler and scream all they want, as long as they allow the nomination to pass. Or the report will be revealed in full.

Everything you said was right. However, it was drafted by Dems early last week. All in their plans.

Including the last minute arrival of the mystery woman in a hoodie coming into the chambers to intone: “Brett, I am your love child. I have the DNA report here in my left hand and this gun in my right hand. “

Then mass panic.

As part of Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination to Supreme Court the FBI conducted its SIXTH full-field background investigation of Judge Kavanaugh since 1993.

As part of these 6 prior FBI investigations, the FBI interviewed nearly 150 different people who know Judge Kavanaugh personally.

Nowhere in any of these six FBI reports, which the committee has reviewed on a bipartisan basis, was there ever a whiff of ANY issue – at all – related in any way to inappropriate sexual behavior or alcohol abuse.
