The Senate Judiciary Committee referred apparent false statements made to committee investigators alleging misconduct by Judge Brett Kavanaugh for criminal investigation on Saturday.
Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) sent a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Chris Wray seeking to have “materially false statements” made to the Committee as part of its investigation of allegations against Kavanaugh referred for criminal investigation.
In the letter, Grassley discussed the Committee’s investigation into various allegations made against Kavanaugh, which he noted “has involved communicating with numerous individuals claiming to have relevant information.”

It occurs to me that there is a way to restore Kav’s rep. If Ford and Heather Sawyer go to prison for what they have done.
I mean, if there is going to be an asterisk it should be in the middle of Ford’s forehead.
They might be sorry they asked for this....could uncover all the dirt they're hiding; perjury looms large.
Trump could inquire if the FBI asked:
<><> how Ford's “memory” of the alleged event developed over the years (including her psychiatric sessions and other landmark interactions),
<><> about the timeline of Ford's letter to Feinstein, and the part Cong Eshoo played in the letter,
<><> why Feinstein made no mention of the letter to the Judiciary Committee during the initial Kavanaugh vetting,
<><> why Ford was not informed she could have given her testimony in California, in her home,
<><> why Ford was not told she could alternately have give her testimony in DC in private,
<><> Ford's whereabouts when she delayed her appearance, claiming she was afraid to fly cross-country,
<><> who set-up the go-fund-me site for Ford, and where is the $500,000 raised (to date) going.
<><> the full extent of Ford's financing by Soros and other left-wing n/p's,
<><> the details of others collaborating with Ford in colluding to subvert the will of Congress.
I can just imagine two FBI guys showing up at Feinstein’s office and wanting 30 minutes to cover the letter and the no-mention period. My guess is that she’d kick them out of the office and refuse to provide any statement. You’d have to drag her into a grand jury room and have the judge order her to make a statement.

Naah, the KGB would just frame somebody.
Ask? They,meaning PDJT and this committee should be DEMANDING an investigation. This stunt by the left is costing the taxpayer millions of dollars in delays.
The FBI could perform a monumental service to the country by investigation the relationship between Ford and Brennan. She worked for him as a trainer for the CIA. Her father was employed at the CIA. Their mutual animosity for all matters Trump brought them together in a conspiracy of hate. Her personal records were purged long before her accusations were written. There is every good reason to believe they conspired to damage Kavenaugh as part of a larger agenda to bring down Trump. It would not require much effort to establish a link.
An interesting bit pertains to Ford’s comment that she did not know how to reach out to the president or the Congress. Finestein’s husband sits on the Bd of Regents where she teaches. How hard could it be to leave a note in his mailbox asking his wife to contact her about personal matters related to the nominee?
She works as an instructor for the CIA. Contracting appropriate authorities is the kind of instruction she gives her students.
I’d like to know who donated the money to the GoFundMe. It looks like payola. But if it comes up conspiracy by important people, you can bet it won’t go anywhere.
She used FB, didn’t she? That means she knows how to work a computer at least minimally. All she had to do was search for Senate Judiciary Committee, and she could’ve gotten the information from the Senate.gov site. She just can’t be that dumb!

Doctored Ford was not at her home in California, she was in DELAWARE.. couple hour drive from DC !
