Christine Braley Ford is already pushing for removal of the one-week time limit senators agreed to Friday on a new FBI investigation of her allegation that Judge Brett Kavanaugh sexually molested her 36 years ago at a high school party.
Ford “welcomes this step in the process,” her attorney, Debra Katz, said in a statement. Katz added that Ford “no artificial limits as to time or scope should be imposed on this investigation.”
If Ford refuses to change her position, it could blow up an informal deal worked out between Republicans and Democrats on the Senate Committee on the Judiciary that allowed the Kavanaugh nomination to go forward while also allowing further investigation by the FBI of his background.
There’s got to be a good reason why Flake turned into a flaming left wing democrat and it doesn’t have anything to do with Trump.
I’m betting he has his own Kavanaugh problem.
Anyone in the Senate or House can be easily blackmailed or bribed. Judging from the look on Flake’s face and his very weird demeanor after coming out of that pow wow with the lefties, I don’t think he was bribed.
You’ve got that right, the left are running the show, either by threats or payoffs. Wake up people, they play dirty.
I don’t think Ford wants the FBI investigation. She got to come in and drop her stink bomb and I don’t think she wants anybody poking around in it lest they find something that she doesn’t want found.
This is just another stalling tactic so they kind find another kook to make non provable accusations.

Sooner or later, the President will finally really hit the end of his tether. This crazy bitch trying to control SCOTUS hearings and now, the FBI, just may do it.
He did a smart thing by grabbing control of this dumpster fire away from the republicans before they could screw it up even worse. We go through a pro forma “investigation” of Judge Kavanaugh, who has already been investigated by the FBI six times.
But, when we go for lucky number seven, and the FBI finds nothing, how can dems really squawk about that? Will they accuse the FBI of having a “pro Trump bias”? This would all be worth doing, just to see that.
It’s a good way to force this thing to wrap up. The only fly in the ointment is the republicans, most of whom have not gone vertebrate yet.

Is the FBI going to “turn” at least one of those named, by Ford, as being there and witnessing what she has claimed, when she has almost NO details at all ? And should one of them get “turned”, then they WILL go to jail for originally lying in their deposition! It’s a lose lose deal!

1) Ford has NO idea HOW she got there. 2) Ford does NOT know whose house it was,nor the address. 3) Ford has changed the number of who and the sex of those she has mentioned were there. 4) Ford has NO idea how she got home. 5) Ford LIED, numerous times, to the Senators, about being able to hear/not hearing what was going on when she was in the bathroom. 6) Kavanaugh, Judge, P.J. and her BFF Leland have ALL claimed that there was NO such party, no such event happened to Ford, and Leland has also claimed that she NEVER knew/met Kavanaugh; let alone that she was EVER at a party with him! 7) Ford claimed that she doesn’t know WHEN this party took place; however, that 6 to 8 weeks later, she ran into Judge at the Safeway, where he was working and that she said “HI” to him as though NOTHING has EVER happened to her.
There’s far more, but what I want to know, from YOU, is just HOW do you imagine, with the complete lack of details and other pertinent info, the FBI is going to find something, ANYTHING, that would prove your belief that Ford’s allegations are “wrong” ?

Ford is nothing but a pawn. Feinstein, Katz and the rest of the radical leftist flying monkeys have used her and will throw her away like the damaged goods she is. It is good to see this, because it reminds us that these lefty “females” are vicious, unprincipled, cynical, and dangerous to the Republic.
Ten bucks says Ford will never sit for an FBI interview. When the FBI completes her Form 302 for the interview they will include notes indicating that her story is not credible.
